At Mischief Magnets LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preference.

Many of our items are made-to-order or customized, which makes them ineligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly replace or refund your order only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

If your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States, and this policy applies exclusively to U.S. orders.
