Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing time (made-to-order items)

All of our photo magnets are custom-made. Please allow 2–5 business days for production and processing before your order ships. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping carriers & delivery time

We ship via USPS and UPS with discounted rates through Shopify. Estimated delivery times (after shipment) are typically:

  • First Class Mail: 3–5 business days
  • Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
  • Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping rates

For standard orders, we offer flat-rate shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

For bulk orders, a $10.00 handling fee is added to the shipping cost. Shipping rates for bulk orders are calculated based on carrier rates at checkout.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly or incompletely and the package is returned to us or marked undeliverable, we may need to charge a reshipping fee.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

Once your package is handed off to USPS or UPS, shipping delays can occur. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

  • Check around your delivery area / mailbox
  • Contact your local USPS or UPS office
  • Email us so we can assist

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery at info@mischiefmagnetsshop.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage (item + packaging)

We’ll review and, if approved, arrange a replacement according to our Remake Policy.

Shipping Packages

Our default packages are:

  • Regular box: 4 × 3 × 3 in, 1 oz (used for standard orders)
  • Bulk package: 8 × 5 × 1 in, 1.6 oz (used for bulk orders)
